This is for someone who sleeps 8 hours a day. For someone working the 9-5, you have 50% of your day to play around with. I tend to follow the 80/20 rule and allocate 20% towards productive activities. For me it looks a little like this 6% Physical, 3% Reading, 3% Chess, 2% Meditation.
LPT: Better manage your daily activities by knowing that 10 minutes is around 1% of the waking day.
