LPT: Disable auto-updates on your phone to find apps you should uninstall

I hate having apps on my phone that run random services in the background and eat up my battery when I rarely use them. I found that turning off auto updates and having to visually look at what apps are going to be updated really helps me find and uninstall apps I no longer use.

You can still click an "Update All" button on Android when you look at the updates you are going to install but if you spend a few seconds to look over the list and uninstall apps you haven't used in a while you can clean up your phone fairly easily.
