LPT: Don't say you'll limit a bad habit to "once per week". Instead, say you'll limit them to "at least a week apart".
If you try and limit something to "once per week", you're at risk of slowly convincing yourself that you can do it on Sunday and the very next Monday. Repeating the act twice in a row will make it easier to slip back into addiction, defeating the purpose of the initial goal.
