seriously, when I first started working, if I got a shitty email I would instantly go back with a shitty reply. If something was wrong or not being done I would type up and send an email to express my frustration. In the heat of the moment, you might think 'fuck it, I am sending this' however future you may regret it once you have calmed down and considered everyone's point of view. Also, if you have someone at work who you can trust, maybe get them to read over the email to make sure you are not coming off badly before you send. (sorry if this has already been said)!
