I always focused on being open to people and tell everyone everything about me, because I wanted to gain new friends and form a bond with them. Talking is the wrong way to get someone to like you. Sure, you shouldn't be quite, but you shouldn't talk more than 30% of the conversation either. Most people don't have any people who listen to their problems and ask them questions. Everybody things about his life, so it's refreshing to meet someone who is interested in you. If you are not interested in listening to people, pretend to be.
