LPT: The things you do effortlessly are what others notice most about you, but also the accomplishments you notice the least.

There are two things that you can take away from this:

1. Always be mindful of things that you do well, and make sure not to overlook your own accomplishments. This can really help fight off impostor syndrome!
   
2. If there's someone who does things you find difficult, but they make it look easy, make sure to tell them that you're really impressed by how proficient they are. Don't say "it's easy for you" (they probably worked their ass off to get that good!) but make sure to let them know you really value how well they do it.
   

When you're getting ready for end-of-year reviews, don't forget to search your own recent past for things you've done without a second thought that nonetheless have value & weight for the people who will be rating your performance.
