Ask your parents, ask your friend's parents, ask your school counselor, ask absolutely anyone who you talk to for a few minutes- "Do you know anyone that's hiring?" People love to make connections and put people in touch with each other. Just a small inside connection when you apply for a job can make a huge difference, especially if none of the applicants have experience. The employer might as well hire someone they have at least peripheral familiarity with and maybe someone will even owe them a little favor for it.
