LPT: Walking your dog and notice an owner guide their dog away from you? Don't let your dog approach them.

I own a rescued pit bull and go out of my way to avoid other dogs on my walks with him. Almost half of the owners I've come across have tried to approach me or even let their dogs run up to me while I'm actively trying to avoid them, leading to some stressful situations. Some of them don't even have their dogs on a leash. Even if a dog is muzzled it can still scratch your dog and stress him out, which is not good. Please, be aware of your surroundings and don't let your dogs approach someone who is actively avoiding you.
