I'm just sharing this because I just saw it happen for the first time, and before this I have always suspected that it was extremely rare and shouldn't be a concern of mine that they would ever actually read my emails. There is someone at my company that management would like to fire, but she has vaguely hinted at a lawsuit. They pulled all of her emails and have been going through them. I've heard some of them and I am cringing on her behalf HARD.
