REQUEST: How to remove semen stain from jeans, specifically?

I know what your're thinking, but can we skip that part?Anyway there's this stain in my favorite jeans I want to remove. It's semen. At the time I tried rubbing it with a wet tissue, and when it felt ok I puot it in the washing machine... now it has a white stain in it. How do I remove this?
