YSK if you are using a Comcast XFINITY modem, you are NOT PROTECTED against the latest WPA2 wireless KRACK vulnerability

They do not release patch notes to describe if you are protected and you are not able to update the software/firmware manually. I called their tech support (even their 'advanced' tech support) and they could not tell me if they have begun to patch modems against this exploit.
