YSK Received call from Federal Grant Program (206-451-5864)... SCAM

Wouldn't give my name or number only asked, "what is this call in regard to?"

The operator on the line then says, "Let me tell you something, sir. DON'T FALL FOR THIS, IT'S A SCAM!!" Then she hung up.
