YSK that if you are American and are paying too much for prescription medications, where are reputable overseas pharmacies that you can buy your medication from that will cost a hell of a lot less then buying directly from American pharmaceutical companies
You should know this because unfortunately not very many people know that they could be paying sometimes as much as 75% less for their medication and instead get involuntarily bent over the sink and plowed by the American pharmaceutical companies.
I use progressiverx.com, but there are a few others that you can choose from. You have to get your prescription from a doctor, but then you upload your payment information and a picture of your prescription to the website. An employee from the company looks at it to make sure everything checks out, then lets you know what your options are.
For example, I take Wellbutrin, which would cost me hundreds of dollars a month because I have no insurance at the moment. The company found a generic medication with the exact same qualities as Wellbutrin and I only pay $120 for a 90-day prescription versus the $300 or so a month that I would have to pay for a 30-day prescription. they ship it right to my doorstep every ninety or so days. My next 90-day prescription usually arrives within a week or two of my prescription running out so that I can just start on the next batch of medication without skipping a beat.
Another thing that I get from overseas pharmacies are my Albuterol inhalers. They're normally about $80 a piece but from this Pharmacy, I get the exact same inhalers for six bucks a piece.
There has been a lot of propaganda and scare tactics put out against overseas pharmacies. I suspect that these are due to the lobbies perpetuated by the pharmaceutical companies. A lot of people warned that it's not FDA-approved. Duh, of course it's not FDA-approved. It's not American medication. These are reputable companies that deal with reputable pharmacies mostly in India. You're going to be okay.
