YSK That there's a credit card for medical emergencies (even for pets) that allows monthly payments with zero interest
If you're currently struggling to build up an emergency fund or just got hit with a medical bill for yourself or your dog that you know you have to put on a credit card then you should consider seeing if the medical facility accepts care credit.
It works like a normal credit card with a minimum purchase of $200. You then work with the medical facility and they will set a timeframe up for the charge (6-24 months). As long as you make the minimum payment on the card each month and pay off the full amount on the card before the end of the payment period you will not be charged interest. Helpful when you simply can't handle the full up front cost, but know you can come up with a little bit of extra money each month to pay it off.
Not all healthcare providers accept the card so be sure to check with them first!
