YSK when reserving a U-Haul, if anything about your reservation changes, you can be compensated $50.

I have rented quite a few U-Hauls for moving long distances, and each and every time they have either changed truck size or location.

U-Haul has a $50 reservation guarantee that states:

"When you make a truck or trailer reservation, we guarantee to provide you with the equipment size, location, and pick up time as agreed.

Should you not receive the equipment size, location, and pick up time you agreed to, U-Haul will compensate you $50."

I nor anyone I know, knew about this until this last time I had majors problems with them.
