LPT: Before interviews, have a few anecdotes that demonstrate your strengths, weaknesses, work ethic, teamwork, etc. Think of those anecdotes as your toolbox.

e.g. That time I worked on X can be used to show me working in a team and my attention to detail. My transition from my old job to my current job demonstrates my management skills and ability to adapt quickly.
