LPT: Don't buy warranties. Take the money you would have spent and put it into a bank account. If you keep doing this, the amount of money you will save can replace any item that fails and you have a nice safety-net if you need the cash.
I know it's tempting to spend the 10 bucks here or the 20 bucks there, but in most cases, it's just not worth it.
I've bought a few over the years but they're always a pain, always expensive, and usually have a giant deductible.
