LPT: A good way to remind yourself of something is to visualize the action you take before the task you need to do, so when the time comes and you perform that task your brain is reminded of that visualization.
For example, let's say you've been forgetting your lunch in the fridge before you leave for work. The night before, replay the action of grabbing your car keys 5 times in your head, and when you grab the car keys that next morning you'll remember to grab that shitty kale salad.
