LPT: If you want to start exercising and you are physically able to run, don’t be afraid to walk when you get tired while running. The walk-run method is a perfect way to build your stamina up to running long distances.
Anytime I want to start running again I use the couch 2 5k app and that is a big help in timing myself when I should begin walking and running. It gradually builds you up and you can run at your own pace. But never feel like you have to complete the whole time. Just get up and move.
