LPT: Instead of setting large goals that are difficult to accomplish (e.g. I’m finally going to get in shape), set a series of smaller goals that are easier to achieve (e.g. tomorrow I will walk for 20 minutes). When you reach that smaller goal, give yourself tons of credit and set another.
