LPT: When you are shooting a video, especially when you are panning and there is a lot of movement in the frame, at the end when you are ready to stop, hold the frame steady and count to 5 seconds before turning the video off.

When you and others review the video later, you won't get the feeling that there has been an abrupt stop. Plus, the hold at the end gives plenty of room for editing.
