YSK delivery services like Uber Eats, Delivered Dish, etc. do not tip money to the restaurants.

My husband works at a popular pizza restaurant that now gets Uber drivers picking up orders frequently. Anytime a customer calls to complain (half the time because it is cold or jostled, which is Uber's fault), they nearly always bring up the fact they tipped as if that should have guaranteed perfect pizza.

The restaurant employees see zero dollars of the tip you put into the app. The third-party driver gets all of it.
