YSK that humans have 90 minute sleep cycles, so if you have to get very little sleep one night, it’s best to get 1.5, 3, 4.5, etc hours of sleep
It also means you’ll be less tired if you wake up with 6 or 7.5 hours of sleep than you would otherwise!
