effective methods for falling asleep and waking up early?


CaptionSo classes are starting back up soon, and I unfortunately have some 8am classes. I'm awful at falling asleep and especially at waking up. I've tried melatonin which is just difficult because it helps me fall asleep but it never feels like you get enough sleep on it, then I can't wake up early with it. Does anyone know of anything they take besides melatonin which has helped them fall asleep, but not feel overly groggy in the morning? Waking up tips are welcomed as well!!! thanks :)
