I don't know if the title is clear, so I will give an example. Let’s suppose you’re walking to a classroom and a bully bumps into you on purpose causing you to fall.

Some people would reply with an unclear sentence like “Why did you do this?” or just simply "Hey!"

The best approach is to reply by voicing their action loud and clear. You can say something like “Why did you bump into me?”

I know it’s a simple advice but you will come across stronger and other people around you might notice bully’s behavior.
