LPT: College or university student? Take the time to go through all of your course syllabus' and put important due dates in your phone calendar with reminders.

Seems like a fairly common sense LPT, but so many people do not take advantage of the great calendar/reminder apps we all have access to these days. Having them sync across all your devices is also really handy and being able to mark things as complete is a great feeling!

I helped my SO do this for her courses and it was extremely helpful for her. Set the first reminder to be a few days before it's actually due to allow time to actually work/study.
