LPT: Don't talk to people who are working on Christmas about the fact that they're working on Christmas

They already know.

There's a good chance that every other person has mentioned it to them as well. Sometimes people are working because they have no choice, or they are volunteering to do so, so that their colleagues can have time off with their families.

Just be happy someone is working when you need them to be and leave it at that.
