LPT: If you have Sirius XM, you can call them right before your credit card is going to be charged for another year and ask/demand a rate of $90 per year. They will eventually give it to you. I've been paying it every year for many years.

I saw in another thread today that some people are paying Sirius XM more than $20 a month. Given their decision to give Steve Bannon a show, I am happy to share that if you can't bear to cancel your service, you can probably cut your fee in half. Just call them and tell them you want to cancel and they will eventually give you a $90 per year rate. They may pretend they can't find the rate. You have all of the leverage. You can quite certainly go through with the bluff if you need to. I actually cancelled my service today and they tried to sell me a portable SiriusXM radio. Ha! I got a new car stereo with Bluetooth so now I can just stream Spotify.
