LPT: If you make a pie and have leftover raw pie crust, don't toss it. Roll it out, break it up and throw it on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 10-15 minutes. Easy pie crust cookies. Less wasteful, and people love them.
Edited because I made these last night, and I burned mine to hell. I threw them in with 14 minutes left to cook on the pie and didn't check on them because wine happened.
15 minutes is most likely too long, unless you rolled them very thick. 6-9 minutes is probably plenty for a normal thickness, at roughly 400 degrees.
