I hate waking up and the first thing I do is reach for my phone with my eyes half way shut just to look at messages. Then spend an hour in bed looking at things. I also always take and look at my phone in the bathroom, shower, and even at meet ups with people. It’s also making me sleep late as when I lay down in bed I look at my phone for hours. I feel like it’s something that I am using to fill a void with and I want to focus on improving myself but I’m being bogged down with the constant viewing of my phone. What are some ways to fill the void and stop myself from being addicted.
