If you get lucky and bring your date home your place is clean and you have one less thing to worry about. Plus it is a big positive for you.
If you don't get lucky you arrive back home to a clean and tidy place. Nobody can not smile to open their door and see a tidy room. Also tidying with the belief that your date is going to go well is ten times better than tidying in a post date depression.
