LPT: if you are looking to lose a few pounds, an easy thing to try is substituting all (or most) drinks with water.
There is an absolutely crazy amount of sugar in soda, most bottled drinks and fruit juice (apple/orange) is packed with sugar as well. Sometimes you are drinking more calories than you are aware of.
