LPT: there’s a “stop playing” setting for Apple devices

If you enjoy listening to music before you fall asleep, but you have limited data, there’s a “stop playing” setting on Apple (and maybe android) devices that pauses music playing on your phone on any music platform. The average person falls asleep in 20 to 25 minutes, so if you select 30 minutes on the “timer” setting in the clock app and scroll to the bottom of the tone settings, you can select “stop playing” and your music will stop using data by pausing. This is a great setting implemented in iOS 10 that helps with parties or, in most cases, sleeping!

P.S. - playing music the whole night as you sleep can cause your brain to stay active, making for a more restless sleep, so using this even with unlimited data still helps!
