LPT: When sending devices off to be repaired, take several photos documenting the condition beforehand.

Sent my Dell Laptop off to have a battery issue repaired. The laptop was returned to me with an enormous dent in the palm rest/touch pad, and the phone representative asserted that my lack of photos beforehand, meant that I was liable for any further repair. Lesson learned, don't buy Dell and document the condition of your devices before you send them.
