Don't buy it. It's free for students! Your school email address is automatically given to all students and usually ends with .edu https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office/default.aspx

1. This is in the United States (Not sure if applicable to other countries)

2. As /U/new-fantomas pointed out,"If your school provides this additional benefit, you'll see the Install Office button on your Office 365 home page after you complete sign-up." So many of you will probably be able to download it on to your laptop/computer instead of having it via the internet.
