YSK now that almost all of us have access to a camera (like the one on your phone) it's a good idea to record yourself opening the package that you've received from an online seller in case something is missing or defective.
I'm being screwed like never before by Amazon.ca and I'm helpless and there is no way for me to prove anything.
A $900 unit is completely broken and I have evidence that it's a refurbished/used unit. Problem is, they can say that I put the marks on it and I'd received it brand new.
Don't make my mistake. Record everything if you've purchased an expensive package. This bundle I bought was $4,000 + tax.
