This is an update about an app I have been using daily for the last year that is trying to solve the issue around student loan debt through a crowd-funded app. For real. In fact, once you are in the Queue, Givling will actually get in direct contact with your loan holder and try to work out a payment deal if you owe over $50,000k. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS (taken from their website): Givling players can win daily cash prizes by crowdfunding the payoff of student loans. Get a top score in this fast-paced, competitive trivia game to win cash and end student loan debt. Signing up for an account on Givling gives you a Queue number. There are ten loans in each current Live Funding Queue. These ten loans receive equal distributions as money comes in from ad interactions and coin purchases, until their loans are paid off and a new Live Funding Queue is formed. The Live Funding Queue is comprised of the 3 people next in line in the Queue; 4 people who are randomly chosen; and the 3 top funders. You can play Givling for free once a day, but it's when you interact with our advertisers on the Givling apps, or pay-to-play Givling that you fund the student loans and cash rewards to the highest scorers. Each time you play, you join a randomly chosen funding team and answer statements true or false until you strike out. The more statements you answer correctly, the higher your score.
