This is something that probably annoys a lot of people, but nobody really talks about it for obvious reasons. Eat or drink 10g of psyllium husk powder every day. A pound is less than $10 on Amazon. You can mix it into musli, yoghurt or just a glas of water.
Psyllium husk is full of healthy fibers and makes your poop very solid. You will already feel the effects on the 2nd or 3rd time going to the toilet.
