YSK: If you enroll in Equifax TrustedID Premier following the hack you waive your right to sue them.

This hack is a giant mess. The system in place doesn't actually tell you if you were a part of the hack or not, it just gives you an enrollment date for a service to monitor your social security number. The TOS of that service however say that if you sign up you agree to waive any right to sue them.
