They sell them at almost every dollar store I've been in. You can get 50 for $18 on amazon. These test positive with as little as 10mIU. Many more costly ones don't show a positive until 25mIU.
If you are paying more than that, you are paying for the plastic surrounding the actual test strip and possibly an LCD screen if you are incapable of seeing a line but still capable of reading.
