So maybe a lot of people know this, but people seem to like it when I show it to them. Basically you use the Chrome developer tools to edit the HTML (or whatever) on the live site, then you can print it out or print to PDF.
The uses for this trick are pretty wide since so many places take print offs from websites as valid proof of all sorts of things. So use at your discretion and risk.
In Google Chrome open the page you wish to edit. From here either press F12 to open the developer tools, or I would recommend right clicking on the thing you wish to change and click Inspect.
From there you just expand the code as needed until you locate the text you wish to change. Double-click it and you can edit it. Press enter to commit, go back to the site, and the change should be showing. The ability of what you can change is pretty substantial depending on your skill level with HTML and CSS.
