LPT: If you need to buy an expensive textbook, look to see if your university has a print shop meant for faculty and school organizations. I got a pdf of one of my CS books printed, covered, and bound. All for the low, low price of $26.
It was also pretty impressive considering I ordered it at 1 a.m., and it was ready for pickup at 3 p.m. that day. All I had to do is find a pdf of the book (easier said than done) and upload it to their online tool. 7/7, would recomend.
