YSK about tab for a cause. A browser extension that donates money to your charity of choice with every new tab you create.

It replaces your new tab screen with its own that has small adds in the corner. Each new tab you create gives you one "heart" which you can donate to charity. Each heart is worth somewhere between 1/3 of a cent and 1/10 of a cent. It's a small amount but it adds up and it's totally free. Their new tab screen is also really nice imo.
