LPT: if a site blocks you from reading content because you use an ad blocker, reload the page and trigger the print command before the popup loads, read it in print preview.

If you can time it right, loading the page and hitting CTRL+P (or CMD+P on Mac) after the content loads, but before the "you seem to be using an ad blocker" popup loads will allow you to capture a print preview of the site content which you can then read, avoiding the need to subscribe or deactivate your ad blocker plugin. This works best for news, since you'll likely load the site content prior to the images loading.
