LPT: If you have an app like a game on your phone that you don’t want to waste mobile data on ads, you can take its permissions to use mobile data and get rid of all ads.

iOS: Mobile data>Swipe off on the app you want to disable ads. Android: I don’t use it but I’m sure it’s possible.

Obviously if the app requires internet connection to function, this won’t work, but if it’s just a mobile game you play once in a while, this can be helpful.
