LPT: if you have a weird mole, rash, or anything unusual appear on your body, take a picture of it immediately so you can compare it as time progresses to see if t is healing or getting worse

This helped me not freak out about an ingrown hair I️ got, as I️ could see it really was getting better and not worse. With moles it can also help you make sure they are not changing shape rapidly and therefor not cancerous. It’s hard to tell how something like this progresses without a reference.
