LPT: Say "thanks for waiting" instead of "sorry to keep you waiting", and "my pleasure" instead of "no problem", especially in business. It is positive language, and will have a positive effect on people.

Edit: I realize most people aren't going to say "my pleasure". My point is to consider using positive language when possible, and not automatically respond with "no problem" every time someone says thank you.
