LPT: When dealing with a Bank always go to a branch in the heart or the business side of the city! The Staff there usually have targets and are used to dealing with high profile people, Dress presentable and you'll walk out with what you need to be done

I recently went to apply for a credit card with my bank, barclays. Went to my local branch the staff were either quite old or quite young. So it's Dated knowledge vs lack of knowledge. Went to the central bank... I was treated like a king. Explained everything I need to know and they made sure I left happy!
