LPT: With Black Friday rapidly approaching, credit card price protection offered through different issuers can eliminate waiting in those pesky lines!

First time poster here!

Just wanted to share a lesser know secret known as price protection. This allows you to purchase something and if there’s a lesser price available in 30-60 days, the card issuer (upon successful claim) with get the difference refunded to you.

Some issuers allow this to be used for Black Friday deals as well. No more standing for hours in a crowded line and spending time away from you family on thanksgiving!

Obviously you must look into which issuers allow this as a feature so I included a reference I found online!
