YSK: Microsoft does not offer cancellation or refund on controller "repair" orders

So I wanted to inform everyone to be very wary on pressing the confirm button on repair orders if your controller is out of warranty. So I have an Xbox One S Still under warranty and the controller fizzled out and died. I figured that this being my second Xbox One that I could just get a new controller at no charge like I did the last time something like this happened. So I go to the Microsoft website and go through the exact same process as before and saw the "SEN PAID" code that I saw the last time and pressed confirmed. I realized that I received a charge of $65.33 which confused me. So I see a message on the website stating that I would have to cancel the order before the controller is shipped. The "Cancel" button was grayed out an I wasn't able to press it so I called customer service which is now outsourced to India. After a few days of back and forth and lies I was finally told by a supervisor that repair orders cannot be cancelled and i could not recieve a refund once you press that button. Microsoft never states this before pressing that button so BEWARE.
